Intentionality: Intention-setting for Health & Wellness Coaches

The word intention comes from the Latin ‘intendere’ meaning to direct attention and energy, or to stretch toward something. Intention plus commitment to daily practice leads to transformation.

Rooted in the science of goal-setting, habit formation, and vision-based coaching, this course brings
together the perspectives of intentional change and transformative practice.

  • Identify and clarify an intention in your own life 
  • Explore the personal strengths that align with and support your intention
  • Choose and commit to a daily practice that supports your forward movement

This course includes a workbook that you can share with clients one-on-one or in a group coaching/workshop format.

Format: 3-hour workshop offered via Zoom
