Harness your strengths and your individuality.
Strengths development is at the very CORE of what we do. It serves as a counterbalance to the problem-based focus of healthcare. It allows us to shift the focus to what’s right and build on THAT.
As coaches, we are recognizing each person’s unique gifts and their individuality. This course offers strategies beyond simply acknowledging the clients' unique strengths – we’re also supporting the development of strengths like self-awareness, focus, confidence, and self-discipline. We are facilitating transformation: helping clients access and grow their capabilities, and empowering them to live into and from their strengths.
In this course, we'll delve into the science of individuality for added perspective and depth, recognizing that each person's path forward is uniquely their own.
Finally, you’ll be invited to look at your own strengths and at what makes you unique.
You’ll be invited to identify the strengths needed to achieve your goals and rise to challenges - and to explore practices for strengthening those qualities within yourself.
Upon completion of this course, the coach will be able to:
- Connect strengths development with the process of intentional change.
- List strategies for incorporating strengths development into the coaching dialogue.
- Explore and describe one’s own unique constellation of strengths.
- View the science of individuality through the lens of coaching.
