Kathleen Jones is a board certified health and wellness coach, lifestyle medicine professional, and yoga and mindfulness teacher.  With vast experience training physicians, board-certified coaches and students, she draws from the study of behavior change, positive psychology, mindfulness and other wisdom traditions to create content that bridges the art, science, and practice of personal transformation.
PERMA is a concept developed by positive psychology founder, Martin
Seligman. In his book, Flourish, he outlines five dimensions of wellbeing:
- Positive emotions like curiosity, joy, gratitude, and love
- Engagement - being completely absorbed in activities like gardening or writing
- Relationships and connections with others
- Meaning – involvement with something you care about
- Achievement – the satisfaction and pride pf accomplishment
